Arkadian Catering is inspired by the Greek region of Arkadia, its history, food, and people. The food that we serve you is the food we learned to make there.The recipes we use are those taught to us by our mothers, aunts and grandmothers. The cheese that goes into our dishes we learned to make in Arkadia using fresh milk from our own goats. Today we still make it by hand using fresh milk from the nearby HoeveNijverdal farm in Heemstede. We also make fresh yoghurt daily.
When sourcing other ingredients (meat, vegetables and fruit) we always strive to find the freshest, local produce, that has been raised in a sustainable natural way that is in keeping with a healthy and happy life style.
